Heirloom was born from a real experience.

When my grandfather passed away, he had been living in Thailand for many years.
What followed wasn’t just grief, it was confusion.

As a family, we tried to reconstruct his assets, accounts, investments, and wishes.
Important information was missing. Documents were scattered. Some things were never written down.

Despite months of effort, we were never able to recover everything.
Several overseas accounts and investments were lost forever, simply because no one knew where to look.

Not because the information didn’t exist, but because it was scattered, undocumented, and locked inside someone’s memory.

That experience made one thing painfully clear:
good intentions are not enough if information isn’t organized and accessible.

Over time, I realized this isn’t a rare situation. It happens to families every day.

Heirloom exists to prevent families from going through that same uncertainty.
